Projects include homes, developments and commercial properties, ranging from large city houses and apartments, to extensions, basements, roof conversions, refurbishments and interiors. We take a project through from initial sketches and permissions, to costing, construction detailing and interior fit out.

Holder Mathias Architects working in both the Cardiff and London offices, working on numerous projects within the UK and Europe and included within all aspects of design from concept to construction drawings. Holder Mathias has offers an integrated approach to mixed use development. Combining specialist expertise in retail and leisure design to create places that people are drawn to.
